Notably, Jeffrey’s remarkable achievements include steering the success of Pepito’s Taberna, a celebrated Peruvian gem that thrived even amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His strategic leadership also played a pivotal role in establishing Artisaint Restaurant and Onyx Grill at the renowned Marsden Hotel, elevating the dining scene with innovative menus and operational excellence. In addition, Jeffrey’s portfolio boasts a rich tapestry of achievements, from the alluring Caribbean shores of Jade Mountain Resort to the iconic streets of Manhattan, where they shaped the culinary landscape of Parker & Quinn, Winnie’s Jazz Lounge, and Refinery Rooftop at Refinery Hotel.
